Frequently Asked Questions
When am i able to start booking?
Follow our Facebook / Instagram pages for updates. We are aiming to launch live booking by December ‘26 / January ‘27.
How does a mobile IV therapy appointment work?
Booking takes less than two minutes online or over the phone. After picking your IV formulation and appointment time, you'll complete a brief digital health intake form. A Registered Nurse will arrive at your home or location, review your vitals, answer your questions, and gently administer your IV while you relax.
Where do you provide concierge services?
We serve all of The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Shenandoah, and Willis in Texas. We deliver services to private residences, executive offices, hotels, golf clubs, and private event venues.
How quickly can a nurse arrive at my location?
We offer scheduled appointments as well as same-day dispatch. For urgent requests (such as severe hangovers, migraines, or stomach bugs), our priority dispatch system typically routes an RN to your location within 1 to 2 hours depending on current route availability.
How long does a treatment take?
A standard IV drip session takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Plan for about 60 minutes total to allow for a brief pre-treatment vital check and post-treatment protocol. Specialty infusions like NAD+ require 2 to 3 hours for comfortable administration.
What is a Good faith exam?
A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a brief medical evaluation conducted by a licensed medical provider (such as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician) before your first IV therapy session. Under Texas medical guidelines, this evaluation officially establishes your provider-patient relationship and ensures that IV hydration and custom vitamin additives are completely safe for your specific health history, current medications, and wellness goals.
At Crest IV Therapy, we make this process seamless, fast, and convenient via telehealth. Once completed, your GFE clearance is generally valid for one full year!
Medical & Safety
Who administers the IV infusions?
All treatments are administered exclusively by Licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) operating under standing delegation orders from our Medical Director.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes. IV therapy is a routine medical procedure utilized in clinical settings worldwide. Before any infusion begins, your nurse conducts a physical assessment and vital check to ensure the protocol is safe for your health profile.
Does getting an IV hurt?
Our nurses utilize small-gauge needles and topical numbing techniques to make insertion as quick and painless as possible. Most clients feel only a minor, one-second pinch.
What are the benefits of IV therapy compared to oral vitamins?
Oral vitamins and drinks must pass through the digestive tract, where stomach acids and metabolic breakdown reduce absorption to roughly 15%–30%. IV therapy delivers 100% bioavailable nutrients directly into your bloodstream for immediate cellular uptake.
Pricing, Insurance & Memberships
Are there any travel fees or hidden costs?
No. All core IV pricing includes full concierge delivery, RN administration, medical supplies, and travel within our primary service area.
Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
Yes. IV hydration and vitamin therapy prescribed for wellness or recovery are eligible expenses under most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). You can pay directly with your HSA/FSA debit card at checkout.
Do you take health insurance directly?
We do not bill insurance providers directly. Operating on an upfront cash-pay model allows us to deliver immediate, uncompromised concierge care without insurance restrictions or copay delays. Upon request, we can provide an itemized receipt for self-submission to your provider.
How does the "Use-It-or-Share-It" membership policy work?
Memberships include 1, 2, or 4 monthly IV treatments depending on your tier. If you are unable to use your monthly drip credit during a 30-day cycle, you can transfer that credit to a family member, guest, or coworker at no additional charge.
