By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, or by booking any service through this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use this Site.

1. General Medical & Educational Disclaimer

THE CONTENT PROVIDED ON THIS SITE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

  • No Provider-Patient Relationship: Visiting this Site, submitting an online contact form, or reviewing educational content regarding intravenous (IV) hydration, vitamin therapy, or intramuscular injections does not establish a physician-patient, nurse-patient, or healthcare provider-patient relationship between you and the Practice, its Medical Director, or any of its contracted or employed clinicians.

  • Not a Substitute for Professional Care: The information on this Site is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, evaluation, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or health objectives.

  • Emergency Medical Notice: IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM. Do not rely on this Site, our booking system, or our clinical personnel for emergency medical care.

2. Compliance with Texas Medical Board (TMB) Regulations & Good Faith Exams (GFEs)

In strict accordance with Texas Medical Board (TMB) rules (including 22 TAC Chapter 193) and applicable Texas health statutes:

  • Good Faith Exam Requirement: Prior to receiving any prescriptive treatment, IV infusion, or medical procedure, all clients must undergo a synchronous evaluation—known as a Good Faith Exam (GFE)—conducted by a licensed Texas physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA).

  • Patient-Specific Orders: IV therapies and prescriptive additives are administered strictly pursuant to a valid Patient-Specific Order (PSO) or protocol established by a licensed Texas practitioner following a successful GFE.

  • Right of Clinical Refusal: Booking an appointment or submitting payment through this Site does not guarantee treatment. Our licensed clinical personnel reserve the absolute right to modify, defer, or refuse treatment to any individual based on clinical evaluation, vital signs assessment, medical history, contraindications, or safety concerns during the initial exam or at the time of the field visit. If treatment is deemed medically inappropriate, appropriate refund or fee policies will apply as outlined in Section 5.

3. FDA Compliance & Regulatory Statements

  • FDA Disclaimer: The statements and products featured on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our IV hydration drips, vitamin infusions, and intramuscular booster injections are formulated to support general wellness, hydration, and nutritional balance. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or illness.

  • Compounded Ingredients: Certain IV nutrients, vitamins, and minerals utilized in our formulations are sourced from FDA-registered, licensed compounding pharmacies compliant with United States Pharmacopeia (USP) guidelines and Section 503A/503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

4. Mobile Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities

Because our practice delivers mobile medical services to residential homes, offices, hotels, or event venues:

  • Safe Environment: Clients must provide a safe, sanitary, quiet, and suitable environment for our clinical team to perform medical evaluations and IV access.

  • Accurate Health Disclosures: You agree to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information regarding your medical history, current medications, drug allergies, existing medical conditions, and pregnancy status during your GFE and to your treating Registered Nurse (RN). The Practice disclaims all liability for adverse reactions or injuries resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld health disclosures.

  • Right to Terminate Field Visit: Our clinical staff reserves the right to terminate a field visit immediately without liability if they encounter an unsafe environment, hostile or impaired individuals, illicit drug use, or unhygienic conditions.

5. Booking, Cancellation, Deposit, & Refund Policies

  • Appointment Deposits: A non-refundable deposit or payment authorization may be required at the time of online booking to reserve your appointment and secure mobile nurse dispatch.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment window. Late cancellations, failure to be present at the designated delivery address during your appointment window, or "no-shows" will result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Refusal for Medical Safety: If our licensed practitioner determines during the GFE or pre-treatment evaluation that an IV infusion is medically contraindicated or unsafe for you, you will be refunded the service cost, minus a nominal travel and clinical assessment fee of $[Insert Fee, e.g., $50].
